A sense of satisfaction matters most at Kirily. Should anything fall short, support is available without delay. What lies behind every item counts as much as what arrives at your door.

30-Day Return Policy

Thirty days follow receipt of the product before return options expire. A window opens once delivery occurs, lasting one month exactly. Should a return be needed, initiation must happen within that timeframe. After this period passes, requests are no longer accepted.

Return Eligibility Requirements

For a return to be accepted, each requirement below must apply. The product should remain unused. It needs to have all original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required alongside it. Only items in resalable condition will go through. Returns arrive within the time limit stated. Each part of the policy applies without exception

  • As delivered, maintained exactly
  • Fresh condition, showing no signs of prior use or harm
  • In pristine condition, complete with every label present
  • With the original receipt or another form of purchase verification

Return Costs

  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This is applied when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to you, the customer. This applies when you purchase the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Start a Return

Begin by reaching out to customer support via email at support@kirily.com. Alternatively, a phone call may be placed to +1 (929) 226-7864. This contact must occur no later than one month after delivery. Failure to respond within that time could affect eligibility. Each request is reviewed individually upon submission.

Next, share the order identifier along with the cause for sending back the item.

Following approval of your return, you will be sent an email with Kirily's return address. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, including purchasing a shipping label. 

Place the product carefully inside its initial container. Secure it properly before adding your shipping tag. Finish with sealing the box fully.

Begin by delivering your parcel to the assigned drop-off point. Location details must match the selected service provider. Hand over the sealed box during operational hours. Ensure someone signs for receipt if required. Final transfer occurs once accepted by staff.

Damages and Defective Items

Right away after receiving your package, take time to check it carefully. In case what you got has a fault, was harmed while being transported, or differs from your selection, reach out no later than two days following arrival using the details shown here:

A solution will be provided without delay, whether through a substitute item, swap, or complete repayment - all covered fully on our part. Your expense remains unchanged throughout the process. Resolution follows swiftly, one way or another.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene safety or legal reasons

  • Hazardous Materials Flammable Liquids Gases
  • Sale or Clearance Items Final Sale
  • Purchasing options include electronic vouchers instead of physical items. These function through online delivery rather than traditional retail methods

EU Customers Get 14 Days to Cancel

In the European Union, cancellation of an order is permitted up to 14 days after delivery. This option applies regardless of cause or explanation needed. Legal safeguards under consumer regulations support this timeframe. Receipt of the item marks the start of the period. No penalty follows such a decision. Rules originate from established regional directives. Flexibility exists even when dissatisfaction is minor. The ability to act independently remains protected.

Should you wish to cancel under EU rules, reach out by email to support@kirily.com. Fourteen days after arrival marks the limit for such notice. Communication must arrive before that point concludes.

Refund Processing

Inspection & Approval

Upon arrival of the return, inspection begins. This process takes between three and five working days. Contact follows via email. The message goes to the address linked to the purchase record. Confirmation arrives once checks are complete

  • Received Your Return
  • If approval arrives for the refund, that outcome stands. When denial follows, it takes effect instead

Refund Timeline

If the request meets requirements:

  • After inspection, your refund will be processed in 7 business days. It usually takes another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • A repayment goes back through how you first paid. Funds return using the initial transaction path. Money moves via the starting account used. The original channel receives returned amounts. Payment origin gets credited again
  • A message arrives by electronic mail after the repayment completes

Bank Processing Time

Occasionally, banks require extra time - between five and ten working days - to finalize refund entries. The full period after approval could extend to twenty business days, influenced by individual financial providers. Completion depends on internal processing schedules at the institution managing the transaction.

Refund Amount

A complete repayment covers the cost of any item sent back. Shipping fees from the initial order stay unchanged if the mistake was not on our part. When errors such as incorrect, harmed, or faulty goods come from us, those delivery expenses also get repaid.

Late or Missing Refunds

Should fifteen working days pass after approval of your return without a refund appearing:

  1. Review once more the details of your financial transactions. Look closely at what appears on the record. Examine each entry with care. Verify accuracy through careful observation. Confirm everything matches your knowledge
  2. Should issues arise, reach out to the issuer of your payment method. Delays during processing occur frequently
